Special Sale may make changes to the product/s description, pictures and/or other content of the website at any time without notice.
It is our commitment to ensure that all product/s information on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current and error free. However some typographical errors, inaccuracies or misinterpretations may occur which will be corrected as soon as they are known.
All pictures illustrated on our website are for illustration purposes only. Due to the variations in colour resolutions on your monitors and printers, colours of the actual product may slightly vary from those actually seen on your screen or printout
All products are priced in Australian dollar which includes GST. The price indicated on our website for each product is the full price of the product itself and does not include Freight/delivery charges.
It is our commitment to bring the products to you at very special prices but may not be always possible due to market fluctuations and manufacturer’s price changes. We reserve the right to change the prices of our product/s at any time without notice. We do not accept orders intentionally from anyone less than eighteen years of age.
By placing an order through our website you are acknowledging that your age is eighteen years and above.
If we incur any costs or loss as a result of a transaction entered by a person under the age of eighteen years, we reserve the right to seek remuneration from the parent/s or guardian/s of the person who placed the order/s on our website.
When you shop on our website and send/receive email communication i.e. from you to Special Sale and vice versa regarding the order/s, it implies that you and special sale are agreeing to communicate electronically via internet which satisfies any legal requirements of written communication including notices, disclosures, agreements, or any other information.
Products on sale as illustrated on our website are intended for Australian consumers only and will be governed by Australian Law.
Special Sale agrees to supply the customer product/s subject to these terms and conditions. The Customer, in placing an order for the product/s through this website, acknowledges agreement with all the terms and conditions thus constituting a contract of sale. The contract of sale may not be cancelled or altered unless agreed by Special Sale in writing.
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order & payment to accept or decline your order for any reason in which case we will contact you by email or telephone to establish your requirements for a full refund or a credit.
We also reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product due to stock issues in which case we will offer you a credit or a refund for the reminder of the stock not able to supply.
Order/s will not be processed until the payment is received into our Paypal account which may take two to five working days. Once payment is received we will immediately process your order provided we have all the relevant information required to complete the order processing.
Payment is processed on our website when you checkout. The processing of payment for orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will commence on the next working day. Through PayPal we accept credit cards only i.e. Master and Visa cards only.
Even though our website has latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology software, we will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses whether direct or indirect suffered by a customer whose credit card has/is being used fraudulently or unauthorised.
Orders are delivered only in Australia within metro and regional areas. The delivery day is Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
We have drop shipment arrangements with our suppliers who will directly deliver the ordered product/s to your nominated delivery address. Estimated delivery period is between 3 to 28 working days from the date of payment of your order depending on the product and the supplier. Customer orders are dispatched once payment is received into our account. We will ensure the product/s are delivered within the estimated delivery period but the actual delivery may vary due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.
To find the delivery cost, simply add a product to your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout.
If you would like to order multiple products, it would be cost effective for you to contact us on support@specialsale.com.au to get the combined delivery cost.
The title of the goods passes on to you when the product/s are received by you.
Most of the products on our website come with Manufacturer Warranty, the period of such warranties are mentioned for each product on the website. For computer and electronic products it would be advisable to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the claims faster. The manufacturer warranty details would have come with the purchased product.
In order to make a claim you must provide the following:
. Copy of the tax invoice or proof of purchase received from Special sale. . Accurate description of the problem you have noticed and proof of evidence like photograph or video clip to support your claim. . Advise whether you are making a claim for a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
If a replacement is granted by Special sale after a warranty claim is approved, the replacement product will be delivered to you at our cost after we have received your returned product in the described state.
If a replacement is granted by Special sale for a non warranty claim, the replacement will be delivered to you at your expense.
For any warranty claims approved by Special sale, a full refund or credit will be issued for the product.
For all non warranty claims approved by Special sale, any refund or credit granted will be for the actual cost of the goods and will exclude all delivery and related costs.
No refund or credit will be issued until the product is received back in the stated/good condition or as agreed by Special sale. No refund or credit will be issued for change of mind on the purchased product/s. Refunds will be processed into your nominated credit card.
This website (excluding any linked third party sites) is controlled by Special Sale Pty Ltd. By accessing this website, you accept that any disputes about this site or the content are to be determined by the courts having jurisdiction in Queensland in accordance with the laws in force in Queensland (subject to the application of any principle of conflict of laws inconsistent with this requirement).
