After we have received confirmation of your payment, we will organise for the product to be shipped to your nominated delivery address. Please note we do not accept postal addresses due to security reasons.
Depending on the product and place of delivery destination, it may take anywhere from 3 to 28 days for all the items to be delivered to you and it may also take different days for different items delivered if you have ordered multiple items.
If you have received a wrong item against your actual order, then you must contact us immediately and we will organise a pickup of the wrong item at our cost and deliver the correct item to you for no extra cost.
The confirmation of order via email is your indication that the items ordered will be delivered within the next 3-28 days. If you do not receive the ordered products after this estimated delivery period, please email our support team on support@specialsale.com.au
If you have noticed within 48 hours of the products being delivered that they are defective, then please email us immediately with the exact problem and we will assess your request and organise for the new replacement of the exact product.

As we source products from different locations, it may take some items longer than the others to be delivered. There is no additional cost charged later for separate deliveries of your ordered items delivered at different times.

The delivery address can be different to the billing address but we can only accept one delivery address per order
If you contact us immediately then we may be able to amend the delivery address but if you contact us after the products has been dispatched to your nominated delivery address then we will not be able to help you. Hence it is very important that you make sure you give the correct delivery address when you are placing the order.
No, as we can only send your order to one nominated address within Australia per order.
If you wish to send different items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders with us.
At present we do not deliver orders outside Australia but only within the country.
